Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and retail marketing campaigns including catchment area and in-store promotions.
Collaborate with OEMs, brand teams, and franchise partners to drive store footfall and sales.
Design impactful, cost-effective campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Coordinate branding deliverables such as signage, POSM, and in-store display assets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and creative teams for smooth execution.
Monitor campaign ROI, budgets, and performance metrics; prepare regular MIS and reports.

Qualifications:

MBA / PGDBM in Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Telecom, or Technology sectors.
Proven experience in Retail & BTL Marketing with franchise or retailer engagement.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong knowledge of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and brand activation.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Creative, energetic, and execution-driven professional.
Skilled in planning, vendor management, and performance analysis.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing reporting.
Willing to travel across North India.
