ASO Specialist

You will be responsible for leading the optimization efforts for mobile apps across app stores, including the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and others. Your main objectives will be to increase organic downloads, enhance search visibility, and stimulate growth through strategic keyword research, conversion optimization, and performance tracking. Your responsibilities will include conducting keyword research to maximize app visibility, optimizing app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, previews, and icons following ASO best practices, monitoring and analyzing ASO performance metrics, install trends, ratings, and reviews, collaborating with product, marketing, design, and analytics teams to coordinate campaigns and asset updates, conducting A/B tests on creative assets and messaging, staying updated on the latest ASO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, tracking competitors, performing market research, and preparing regular ASO performance reports with actionable recommendations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in ASO, mobile marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the consumer apps space. You must possess a strong understanding of App Store and Google Play algorithms, proficiency with ASO tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, App Annie, or similar, experience with A/B testing tools such as StoreMaven or SplitMetrics, and familiarity with Apple Search Ads and/or Google UAC. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with creative thinking abilities to drive engagement through visual and copy elements. Understanding mobile analytics tools like Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer is a bonus. Preferred qualifications for this role include a background in digital marketing, SEO, UX, or product management, basic knowledge of graphic or video editing for app assets, and experience with localization and global ASO strategies.,
