ASO Specialist

- We're Hiring: Experienced ASO Specialist

- Join a fast-growing mobile app studio building AI-powered consumer apps.

We’re looking for a hands-on ASO Specialist to own and execute App Store Optimization across our growing portfolio of non-gaming apps — currently 4 live, with one flagship product prioritized. This is not a junior role — you’ll drive strategy, implement changes, and directly impact growth.

** What You’ll Do**

- Own and execute ASO strategy across iOS & Android (App Store + Google Play)

- Conduct keyword research, write metadata, and track ASO performance

- Run A/B tests on icons, screenshots, and app previews

- Localize store metadata using AI tools and ASO best practices

- Collaborate with our designer to produce compelling screenshots/videos — HUGE bonus if you can make them yourself

- Monitor competitors and search trends

- Work closely with UA Manager, CMO, and Founder to align on growth goals

- Bonus: Manage and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns (beyond just basics)

** We’re Looking For**

- Solid experience in ASO for both iOS and Android (not entry-level)

- Portfolio of apps you've helped grow organically

- Strong written English and ability to write/edit metadata fluently

- Familiarity with ASO tools (Sensor Tower, AppTweak, etc.)

- Bonus: experience with Apple Search Ads, CPPs, creative testing

- Self-driven, open to feedback, fast learner

- Devoted to self improvement: reading and learning about ASO, sharing learnings with the wider team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,391.22 - ₹80,000.00 per month
