Through the app, users can engage with their community like never before, fostering unity and cooperation among residents. As a Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive organic app downloads to millions without any ad spend, relying solely on optimization techniques. Your key tasks will include owning and implementing the ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy for the Google Play Store, conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, and optimizing various app elements such as title, descriptions, icons, screenshots, and tags. You will also be responsible for conducting A/B tests on creative assets to enhance conversion rates, monitoring performance metrics, and staying abreast of Play Store algorithm updates and ASO trends. Collaboration with design, product, and marketing teams will be essential to align efforts effectively. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of growing apps to over 10 million organic installs through ASO, a deep understanding of Google Play Store algorithms, and experience with ASO tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action. Strong analytical skills, a creative mindset for testing and optimizing visual assets, excellent communication skills, and a self-starting attitude are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, experience in ASO within the Indian market, a background in mobile marketing or SEO, and familiarity with social apps would be advantageous.
