Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve monthly targets for Home & Kitchen appliances products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive business growth through effective communication and coordination.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Role: Area Sales Manager

Salary – 6 to 8 LPA (Negotiable for right constraints)

Ideal candidates should have:

Proven experience in General Trade Sales. Preferable from consumer electronics and

appliances.

Strong market knowledge and a robust dealer/distributor network

A result-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, including

distributors, dealers, and retailers.

• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and achieve sales

targets.

• Conduct regular visits to channel partner locations to provide product training, support,

and ensure proper merchandising.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns

to drive product awareness and sales.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to

identify opportunities for growth.

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges

to the regional/ branch team.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and customer

service, to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

• Stay updated on industry developments, product features, and market dynamics to

effectively communicate and position Inalsa appliances products.

• Handle Assigned territory, achieve budgeted Sales target Through Channel & Retail

sales

• Promoting new products and any special deals in the assigned location.

• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing

business relationships.

• Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailors under the Distributors, Increasing the Brand

Visibility, Brand Promotion.

• Generating leads: The Channel Sales Professional must work closely with channel

partners to generate leads and identify opportunities for new business. This includes

developing marketing campaigns and sales materials that are tailored to the needs of

specific channels.
