Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Handle channel sales operations and develop a high-performing dealer network in the assigned territory
Follow the 5 ka Dum daily structure: meet at least 2 dealers, 1 architect, 1 contractor, and 1 government department every day, and capture visit feedback through the OBL app
Drive secondary sales by converting project and consumer leads using the OBL Tilekart platform
Ensure timely collections from all active channel partners
Drive 100% availability of OBLs focus products across all dealers in the territory
Execute market mapping and monitor competitor trade schemes, pricing, and incentive trends
Manage and improve product display at dealer counters to support sell-through and brand positioning.
