Position Title:Deputy Manager -Sales
As a sales representative you will show a degree of flexibility and enjoy working in a fast paced organization whilst demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence with a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
This roles core responsibility is to provide support to RS Indias rapid growth & business objectives.

- Sales growth from across with direct responsibility of select Corporate accounts in the region
- Effectively knowing how to profile a corporate account to determine RS Indias available market and key customer stakeholders to promote more growth
- Partner with the Inside Sales team members, to build a strategy on how to communicate and grow an account across the region contributing the most towards Indias turnover & overall potential
- Facilitate relationships with our strategic suppliers so they can be true partners with RS India throughout our corporate & key customers locations
- Measurement of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success
For any given territory, the Priority Matrix (PM) sales team comprises of a Head Office based Inside sales individual & a Field based sales engineer. This winning combination ensures that our customers get the best support technically.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional business plan, in conjunction with strategies to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, reports and commentary to measure progress and adjust tactics and strategy as needed
- Build relationships & work with the functional department heads to accomplish tasks and show increased growth with corporate accounts
- Drive sales initiatives (enquiry generation to order closure) & support allocated customers across enquiry to cash process
- Work with and build strong relationships with upper management and key supplier partner representatives including their sales, support and technical team members to provide our corporate accounts best customer experience
- Focuses on proactive sales activities including phone, face to face, and virtual video-based sales calls utilizing value and solution based selling philosophies
- Utilizing the SalesForce CRM and other programs to plan and record sales activities, identify and log potential sales opportunities and provide key information as needed
- Complete training and developmental programs aimed at increasing product and sales process knowledge
- Have knowledge of all customer corporate compliances and guidelines pertaining to quality, digital, and any 3rd party portal
- Ability to use reports, data and information to determine available market at a corporate
- Create an environment that aligns with our companys values and ensure to understand company strategy, vision and value proposition
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics and ensure that they are
- Coordinate with our quality and operations department to ensure we are meeting corporate customers mandates to keep Allied as a preferred
- Spend 80% of the time with the customers to have strong connect with the
Requirements and skills
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Brilliant time management and decision making skills which help to multi-task and work in situations with time constraints
- Bachelors of Technology with specialization on Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation
- Having practical & business focused approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
- 80% travel within Bangalore and nearby area.
