Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate business through multiple sourcing channels within the assigned area.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure portfolio acquisition and quality goals are consistently met.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and conversion to negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.
  • Deliver prompt turnaround on individual cases to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Credit and Operations teams, to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of asset finance products, processes, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 47 years in sales within the BFSI industry; candidates with NBFC experience preferred.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in equipment finance, machine loans, or business loans is an advantage.
  • Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language of the region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, or Tamil Nadu).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Personal Attributes: Fast learner, passionate about sales, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
