Roles and Responsibilities

Manage industrial coating projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve issues, and improve processes.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in industrial coatings (powder coating) industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of surface treatment technologies such as electroplating, phosphating etc. .
Proven track record in B2B sales or techno-commercial sales within the industrial sector.
