Artist Manager

Job Title: Artist ManagerRole Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Artist Manager to represent and support our artists in their professional journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, negotiating contracts, building brand presence, and ensuring overall career growth for the artist(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the artist and external stakeholders (labels, event organizers, media, brands, collaborators).
• Manage the artist’s day-to-day schedule, including meetings, studio sessions, shows, tours, and promotional events.
• Negotiate and review contracts, bookings, endorsements, and collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and execute career strategies for the artist’s professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships (event organizers, PR agencies, brands, record labels, etc.).
• Oversee marketing, branding, and social media presence of the artist.
• Handle financial aspects including budgets, payments, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Provide guidance and support to the artist in both creative and professional decisions.
• Ensure all commitments, deadlines, and obligations are met on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Music Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in artist management, talent management, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of the entertainment industry, trends, and digital platforms.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for music, arts, and entertainment.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
