As an Artist Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management of artists. This full-time on-site position requires you to be located in Ahmedabad. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, coordination, and promotion of artists. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with artists, collaborating with record labels, booking agencies, and concert promoters. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to further the careers of the artists under your management, as well as handling various administrative tasks. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in artist management, music promotion, and talent development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interactions with artists, record labels, and promoters. Your organizational and project management abilities will be put to use in handling schedules and strategic planning. A solid understanding of the music industry, including current trends and marketing practices, is necessary. Being able to work on-site in Ahmedabad is a requirement, as is the capability to manage diverse administrative tasks. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Music Management, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
