Primary job title:

Talent Manager (Artist/Celebrity Management)Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute 360° career strategies for assigned talent—identifying brand-fit opportunities, media placement, and long-term positioning.
Source, negotiate, and close endorsement, appearance, and licensing deals while protecting commercial and IP interests.
Manage event bookings, tour logistics, and day-to-day scheduling to maximise revenue and maintain artist readiness.
Coordinate with PR, creative, legal, and finance teams to deliver flawless campaign execution and timely payments.
Oversee reputation and crisis management plans; act as primary liaison during sensitive public moments.
Track performance KPIs (earnings, engagement, reach) and present actionable insights to grow each talent’s commercial footprint.
