About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Conversational AI Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent virtual assistants and enterprise-grade chatbots. This role requires hands-on expertise with Conversational AI platforms—preferably Microsoft’s—and a deep understanding of natural language processing, dialog design, and AI-driven user experiences. Experience with Agentic AI frameworks will be a significant advantage as we explore the next generation of autonomous digital agents. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational AI projects—from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment. Manage and mentor a team of conversational designers, developers, and AI engineers. Architect and implement scalable chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Bot Services, and related tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define bot use cases, KPIs, and user journeys. Integrate bots with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms. Drive innovation by exploring and implementing Agentic AI capabilities for autonomous and context-aware interactions. Ensure adherence to best practices in conversation design, security, and compliance. Monitor bot performance and continuously optimize for user experience and business outcomes. Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and conversational technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in Conversational AI leadership roles. Proven experience with Microsoft Conversational AI stack (Bot Framework, Azure Bot Services, LUIS, Power Virtual Agents). Strong understanding of NLP, dialog management, and multi-turn conversation design. Experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade bots across multiple channels (Teams, Web, Mobile). Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain Agents, BabyAGI). Familiarity with other Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa). Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and LLM orchestration. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Microsoft Azure AI certifications or equivalent.
