What You’ll Work On

• Build and scale

  LLM-powered conversational agents & autonomous workflows

  across our Tutor, Coach & Buddy products.
• Develop

  RAG pipelines

  , contextual memory systems, embeddings, and tool-use logic.
• Integrate

  multimodal capabilities

  – text, voice, image, video – into learning assistants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise UX, agent behaviour & pedagogy alignment.
• Build

  evaluation frameworks

  for accuracy, safety, moderation & personalisation.
• Continuously experiment with emerging

  LLMs, frameworks, SDKs & APIs

• Contribute to our internal

  AI Agent SDK

  , reusable components & Dev tooling.
• Support

  A/B testing, telemetry, analytics, safety, hallucination reduction

  initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–4 years building

  AI/LLM-based apps, chatbots, or agentic systems

• Strong understanding of

  LLM architecture, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG

  .
• Hands-on with

  Python

  , and frameworks like

  LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, HuggingFace

• Experience with

  API integration, FastAPI/Flask

  , and databases (

  MongoDB/Postgres

  ).
• Familiarity with

  prompt engineering

  , agent design patterns & evaluation metrics.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
