Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and deploy

  agentic applications

  using LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Develop

  MCP-compatible servers

  and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as

  ERP, CRM, and HCM

  platforms
• Fine-tune models and optimize agent workflows for

  performance, scalability, and reliability

• Design and implement

  agent evaluation pipelines

  and scoring logic
• Conduct

  functional, regression, and adversarial testing

  of AI agents
• Implement

  observability dashboards

  , monitoring, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

  product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders

• Participate in

  solution demos, technical walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
