We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our innovative team in Bangalore. You will work on cutting-edge AI projects involving large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), chatbots, and the Langchain framework to build intelligent, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Build and optimize chatbot systems to deliver seamless conversational experiences.
• Implement Langchain pipelines for integrating language models with external data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and drive innovation.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily using Python and R.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in AI, LLMs, and chatbot technologies.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  ; experience with

  R

  is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
• Experience with

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  methods and implementations.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying

  chatbots

  using frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, or custom solutions.
• Practical experience with

  Langchain

  or similar frameworks for chaining LLM calls and data integration.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of AI model evaluation, tuning, and deployment best practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
