Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer with hands-on experience in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a strong foundation in machine learning and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent systems that leverage contextual modeling and protocol-driven architectures to enhance AI performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Context Protocol (MCP):

- Design and implement MCP-based architectures to manage context-aware AI workflows.

- Develop protocols for model interaction, chaining, and orchestration across services.

- Ensure consistency and traceability of context across model executions.

AI/ML Development:

- Build and train ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Work on NLP, computer vision, or tabular data problems depending on business needs.

- Fine-tune and deploy LLMs using platforms like Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, or LangChain.

- Implement MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.

Cloud & Integration:

- Deploy models and MCP workflows on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications via APIs and microservices.

- Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in ML libraries.

- Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).

- Understanding of MCP principles and context-aware model design.

- Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Exposure to enterprise AI use cases in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
