About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI frameworks, model development, optimization, and integration into scalable systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Model Development & Training :

Design, develop, and train AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets for training and evaluation purposes.

AI Solution Implementation

Integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems based on project requirements.

Optimization & Deployment

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency.
Deploy AI models to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge devices.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies.
Experiment with new algorithms and frameworks to enhance solution efficiency.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Document design, development, and deployment processes for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
1- 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
