What You'll Do Architectural Design & Strategy : Lead the architectural design and evolution of AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Develop AI roadmaps aligned with business objectives and cutting-edge technological advancements. AI Agent Development & Solutions : Design and oversee the development of sophisticated AI agents, and provide innovative solutions around AI to address complex business problems. Software Development & Integration : Guide and contribute to the software development efforts, ensuring seamless integration of AI components into existing and new platforms. Technology Leadership : Lead critical technology initiatives, driving best practices in AI/ML, MLOps, and scalable system design. Project Management Oversight : Provide architectural oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of AI projects from conception to deployment. Problem Solving : Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome complex technical challenges and optimize AI solution effectiveness. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, effectively communicating architectural decisions and technical strategies. What We're Looking For Experience : 10-15 years of progressive experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on AI and Machine Learning Architectural Skills : Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, particularly for large-scale, enterprise-grade systems. Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with a focus on robust and scalable Expertise : Proven experience in building AI agents and providing innovative AI solutions. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and best practices. Familiarity with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Stack : Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development. Strong Backend Experience (e.g., Java, or other relevant backend & Management : Demonstrated Project Management experience with an ability to lead and guide technical teams. Experience in leading technology & Communication : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
