Our firm specializes in international taxation and IFRS (IndAS). We also offer services for NGO and non-profit organization registration and regular compliance with income tax regulations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Clerk, located in New Delhi. The Articled Clerk will be responsible for assisting in audits, preparing financial statements, conducting tax research, ensuring compliance with income tax and GST regulations, and supporting international taxation tasks. Additionally, the Articled Clerk will participate in the regular compliance work for NGOs and non-profit organizations and assist in litigation support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of income tax laws and GST regulations
• Understanding of international taxation and IFRS (IndAS)
• Financial statement preparation and auditing skills
• Ability to conduct thorough tax research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
