Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Gurugram. The Articled Assistant will perform various tasks, including assisting with audit and assurance assignments, preparing financial statements, supporting tax advisory and compliance activities, and performing data analysis. The individual will gain exposure to diverse industries while learning to apply accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements effectively.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Audit procedures
Understanding of Taxation laws, including Direct and Indirect Tax compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
Ability to conduct research, analyze financial data, and prepare comprehensive reports
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines
Candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy and registered under the ICAI Articleship program
Familiarity with evolving advancements in technology for accounting practices is a plus
