The firm, primarily based in Kanpur with branches in Lucknow and Delhi-NCR, offers diverse services including valuations, taxations, corporate restructuring, business consulting, and planning. It prides itself on adhering to the highest standards of quality and ethics while employing modern technology and tools. The firm has a balanced team of senior and young Chartered Accountants.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Gurugram. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including audit engagements, international tax compliance. Other responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting senior accountants in various business consulting and planning activities. The role demands adherence to the firm’s quality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in audit procedures and tax compliance
Ability to conduct research and prepare detailed reports
Familiarity with modern accounting technology and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Enrollment or completion of Chartered Accountancy course
