Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for an Article Trainee. The Article Trainee will assist in audit and assurance assignments, prepare financial reports, conduct tax compliance reviews, and support corporate law compliance. They will also engage in consulting and advisory projects, research industry trends, and ensure timely submission of deliverables while learning professional ethics and procedures.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards
• Knowledge of taxation laws, including Indian tax regimes
• Proficiency in corporate law and compliance procedures
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax/accounting software
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Aggressive learner who demonstrates attention to deadlines
• Enrollment in or completion of the CA course (per ICAI guidelines)
