OPENING FOR ARTICLE TRAINEES

Audit, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Accounting, and Business Advisory

Responsibilities

1. Audit & Assurance

• Assist in Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Stock Audits.
• Prepare working papers, perform analytical reviews, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.

2. Taxation – Direct & Indirect

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in tax planning, notices, scrutiny, and representation.

3. Transfer Pricing & International Taxation

• Assist in preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and Form 3CEB.
• Support in international tax advisory, cross-border transactions, and treaty analysis.
• Research and assist in BEPS, MLI, and OECD guidelines applicability.
• Exposure to FEMA & RBI compliances for inbound and outbound investments.

4. Accounting & Compliance

• Prepare and finalize accounts as per applicable standards.
• Assist with monthly closures, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
• Work on ROC filings, LLP/Company incorporation, and other MCA compliance tasks.

5. Advisory & Consultancy

• Assist in business valuation, due diligence, feasibility reports, and MIS preparation.
• Exposure to Virtual CFO services and startup advisory.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

• Cross-functional exposure across domains and client sectors.
• Ongoing training on technical topics, laws, and software tools.
• Opportunities to interact directly with clients and seniors under guided supervision.

QUALIFICATION / DESIRED SKILLS

• Understanding of Basic Accounting, Audit, Direct Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, and International Taxation.
• Hands on experience of MS Office, Tally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
