Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting ,

  Tax Audits

  of companies, firms, and NGOs.
• Perform vouching, verification, and preparation of audit documentation.

• Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Preparation and filing of

  Income Tax Returns

  ,

  TDS Returns

  , .
• Handling

  GST Returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9)

  ,

  GST reconciliations

  , and assistance in departmental queries and notices.

• Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Maintaining books of accounts in

  Tally,

  or other software.

• ROC and Corporate Compliance

• Assistance in company incorporations, filing of annual returns and forms with the MCA.
• Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and secretarial documentation.

• Client Interaction

• Support in communicating with clients, resolving queries, and ensuring timely compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports and documentation for internal and client use.

Candidate Profile:

• Pursuing CA

  and registered under ICAI for Articleship.
• Good understanding of accounting and taxation concepts, especially

  GST

  and

  Income Tax

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  , and basic computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility in a fast-paced professional setting.
