Responsibilities Assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Preparing working papers, audit documentation, and client presentations. Performing vouching, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation of accounts. Understanding and applying relevant accounting standards (Ind AS/AS). Ensuring compliance with audit checklists and timelines. Assisting in the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns (Individuals, Firms, Companies). Supporting GST return filings, reconciliations, and assessments. Working on TDS compliances, 26AS matching, and form validations. Researching case laws, circulars, and tax updates for client matters. Attending income tax and GST hearings and liaising with departments under supervision. Assisting in incorporation, annual filing, and secretarial compliance of companies and LLPs Coordinating with clients and professionals (CS/Lawyers) for legal requirements Skills Required: Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and other ERP software. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Strong understanding of Direct and Indirect Tax concepts. Hands-on with tax return utilities and government portals. Analytical thinking and time management. Basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act. Single or Both group cleared
