Art Director

We are seeking a passionate and visionary to lead and inspire our art and design teams across multiple digital marketing projects. You will be responsible for setting the creative tone, elevating visual output, and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns. You’ll work closely with copy, strategy, media, and account teams to deliver award-winning digital work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers across multiple accounts and brands.
• Conceptualize and oversee high-quality visual executions across digital channels.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual ideas and integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Copy/Content, Strategy, UI/UX, and Tech teams.
• Maintain consistency of brand identity while pushing boundaries of digital creativity.
• Review and approve designs, layouts, and final artwork before delivery.
• Manage timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
• Stay updated with digital trends, design innovations, and platform guidelines (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Present creative concepts and visual strategies to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Drive the creative excellence standard within the team and foster a culture of collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a digital/advertising agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and digital-first work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Understanding of digital platforms, UI/UX basics, motion graphics, and animation workflows.
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
• Strong eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
