Job Description: Art Director – Mainline Advertising

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead creative development for mainline advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will transform briefs into powerful visual concepts, inspire creative teams, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—print, TV, radio, outdoor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of high-impact creative concepts for mainline campaigns
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives and campaign directions
• Guide and mentor designers, illustrators, and freelancers to deliver consistent quality
• Oversee the complete design process—including layout, typography, photography direction, and brand visual identity
• Collaborate with copywriters, client servicing, and production teams to develop integrated campaigns
• Present creative concepts and storyboards to clients with clarity and confidence
• Ensure final outputs align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and production specifications
• Stay updated on creative trends, advertising innovations, and new media formats
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a mainline advertising agency
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating work on print, TV, radio, OOH
• Strong conceptual, visualization, and design skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence
• Strong presentation and communication skills
