Drive logistics & distribution activities using innovative solutions Overall knowledge of import/Exports trade lanes and coordination with shipping line, CHA’s, freight forwarders etc. 2 . Transport & Fleet Management Optimize transportation routes and modes (road, rail, air, sea) to reduce costs and ensure timely deliveries. Manage owned and third-party fleets, including compliance with RTO and transportation norms. 3.Vendor & 3PL Coordination Select, negotiate with, and manage logistics service providers (3PLs, courier partners, transporters).
