Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Accounting Services Associate III

with 3–5 years of experience in RTP/S2P (Request to Pay / Source to Pay) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement and accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end RTP/S2P processes including procurement and accounts payable.
Handle vendor correspondence professionally via email and chat.
Provide high-quality customer service by understanding all aspects of assigned tasks.
Resolve complex inquiries related to vendor payments and procurement.
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
Use CRM tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Ariba) for daily operations.
Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RTP/S2P processes.
Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable workflows.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP & Ariba preferred).
Ability to work flexible night shifts.
Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a shared services or global finance environment.
Exposure to vendor management and compliance processes.
