Position Summary:
We are looking for a performance-driven Area Service Manager (ASM) to lead end-to-end service operations across multiple brands (LG, Voltas, IFB&SAMSUNG). The ASM will be accountable for operational efficiency, team performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with service standards set by brand partners.
Drive field operations for LG, Voltas,SAMSUNG and IFB service calls.
Lead and motivate a team of technicians for timely job execution.
Coordinate with the back-office team for smooth workflow and job allocation.
Monitor technician discipline, attendance, and service quality.
Resolve on-ground challenges and support technicians during escalations.
Provide performance feedback and assist with technician training.
Track daily service performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
