Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Officer


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell Tata Shaktee and Tata Durashine products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Territory Management

  • Manage and grow the assigned territory across Central Gujarat.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights.

Channel Partner Engagement

  • Onboard and manage channel partners and retail outlets.

  • Provide product training and sales support to dealers and distributors.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

  • Address customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance on product applications and benefits.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for logistics, marketing, and finance coordination.
  • Share market feedback and performance updates with regional leadership


Qualifications & Skills


  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience

    , preferably in

    cement, steel, or roofing solutions

    .
  • Strong network within the Central Gujarat construction and dealer community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
