Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement area sales strategies aligned with company targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the area.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and promoters.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and motivational sessions.

3. Business Development

  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, resellers, and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.

4. Sales Operations & Execution

  • Oversee product launches, in-store promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure correct product placement, display, and stock levels in stores.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

5. Customer & Market Engagement

  • Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect feedback to improve products, services, and sales approaches.
  • Stay updated with latest mobile and laptop technology trends.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales data and submit reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven sales leadership in consumer electronics (mobile & laptop preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
  • Team-building and motivational skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong network in the mobile/laptop retail or distribution industry.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales targets (volume & value).
  • Market share growth in assigned area.
  • Team productivity and retention rate.
  • Customer satisfaction and dealer engagement scores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
