Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Expand the dealer network and onboard local partners (such as retailers, mechanics, and entrepreneurs) to enhance market reach and generate quality leads.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including meetings, calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and track team field activities, ensuring effective coverage and timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financing partners, and third-party service providers.
  • Present and demonstrate multi-brand electric vehicles to customers, both in-person and through innovative digital platforms.
  • Engage with potential customers at events and provide comprehensive information on product features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Support customers throughout the sales process, including finance and exchange schemes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and the team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving queries or concerns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in field sales (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (mandatory).
  • Skilled in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Existing network of contacts within the dealership and distribution space is an advantage.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel for field sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
