Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Area Sales Manager, based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying leads, driving sales strategies, and managing sales operations within the designated area. The role involves meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to support customer needs, preparing reports, and staying updated on industry trends. Building a solid customer base and ensuring satisfaction will be at the core of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage sales processes effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategy-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy sector is preferred.
• Willingness to work in an on-site role and travel within the Greater Rajkot Area as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
