Roles & Responsibilities Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business growth within the assigned territory. Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Expand the dealer network and onboard local partners (such as retailers, mechanics, and entrepreneurs) to enhance market reach and generate quality leads. Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand presence and customer engagement. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with organizational objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including meetings, calls, bookings, and follow-ups. Monitor and track team field activities, ensuring effective coverage and timely reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financing partners, and third-party service providers. Present and demonstrate multi-brand electric vehicles to customers, both in-person and through innovative digital platforms. Engage with potential customers at events and provide comprehensive information on product features, specifications, and pricing. Support customers throughout the sales process, including finance and exchange schemes, ensuring a seamless experience. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and the team. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving queries or concerns. Requirements Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in field sales (mandatory). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and market trends. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (mandatory). Skilled in MS Excel and CRM tools. Existing network of contacts within the dealership and distribution space is an advantage. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel for field sales activities.
