Job Description:

VTR Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Candidate to join our field sales team in Cuttack. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned region, with 80% of the time spent on the field. Candidates should have a strong background in field sales, good communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on payments

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales
• Must be willing to travel extensively (80% travel)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Local male candidates preferred (Cuttack and nearby areas)
• Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler with valid license.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Benefits: PF & ESI as per company norms
• Incentives based on performance
