Responsibilities:
1) Spearhead regional sales initiatives to amplify market share and meet set targets in the #Agri Input Business sector, catering to both #B2B and retail sales.
2) Exhibit robust leadership abilities to mentor and guide a proficient sales team, ensuring their seamless coordination and performance optimization.
3) Implement an efficient distribution system and leverage MS Excel for data analysis to streamline sales operations and foster strategic decision-making.
4) Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships, employing effective communication in Gujarati, the native language of Gujarat, to facilitate seamless interactions with stakeholders and retailers.
5) Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies to fortify market presence, boost revenue generation, and establish a competitive edge in the target region.
Preferred Qualifications:
a) Proven track record in driving sales in the agricultural sector within Central and North Gujarat.
b) In-depth understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Central & North, Gujarat.
c) Proficiency in team management, conflict resolution, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
d) Familiarity with the intricacies of the agricultural industry and related products in the region.
e) Comprehensive knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel for effective data management and reporting.
