JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and scale the end-to-end operations of our fast-growing haircare brand. This role requires a strong leader with deep experience across Sales, Growth, Distribution, Brand Strategy, Human Resources & B2B Sales (Salons, MT & GT). The ideal candidate will be a proactive executor and systems thinker who can drive operational efficiency while ensuring scalable, brand-aligned growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

SALES & REVENUE

• Define and execute monthly/quarterly revenue targets in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Drive modern trade, general trade, D2C, and online marketplace sales performance.
• Build a robust field sales and channel sales team; manage distributor relationships.
•  Implement sales forecasting, territory planning, and incentive systems.

BUSINESS GROWTH & EXPANSION

• Identify new market opportunities
• Expand brand presence Delhi NCR
• Evaluate and lead partnerships, retail tie-ups, and Salon Placements
• Get Our HairCare Brand Products Placed in Salons, MT & GT Retailers.

BRAND STRATEGY & STRATEGY

·      Align operational strategy with brand ethos and long-term positioning.

·      Work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns are supported operationally.

·      Monitor consumer trends and competitor moves to evolve brand strategy accordingly.

TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

·      Evaluate and Schedule product demo's in regards to their performance, adaptibility & potential placements in outlets.

·      Champion automation and digital transformation across functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Industry experience, especially in the B2B vertical of more than 7 years, especially in haircare.
2. Knowledge about the Haircare landscape in general.
3. Good & Fruitful Connections in the Industry, With Salons & Retailers.
