Job Description

Job Title : Area Sales Manager Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to deliver performance excellence. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services. Requirements : 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in Travelling industry. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite. Familiarity with the Mumbai market and customer demographics.
