Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  Institutional (HoReCa)

  and

  General Trade

  sales performance.
• Develop and execute

  territory-level growth strategies

  aligned with company goals.
• Manage distribution network, ensure

  coverage planning

  and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Plan and implement

  trade marketing activities

  and local initiatives.
• Ensure

  timely payment collection

  from distributors and compliance with commercial policies.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team and monitor on-ground execution.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or MBA in any discipline.
  
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in

  Institutional Sales

  , preferably in the

  HoReCa

  and

  General Trade

  sectors.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in distributor handling and territory management
