Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for luxury villas, bungalows, and niche premium properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and property exhibitions.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and private showings for high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design luxury property campaigns and promotional materials.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and brokers.
  • Provide personalized consultation based on client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals.
  • Negotiate property deals, prepare proposals, and finalize sales agreements.

Business Development

  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the luxury and lifestyle real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and interior designers to enhance property appeal.
  • Represent the company at real estate expos, trade fairs, and private networking events.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all transactions comply with local property laws, contracts, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and reports for management.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value asset sales.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with proven track record in property transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and cater to the needs of HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for luxury clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (preferred for international clientele).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
