Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG/B2C sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven success in building sales teams and distributor networks. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Fluency in Hindi, English and Kannada Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM platforms, and market analysis tools.
