Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Target Achievement

o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory as perorganizational goals.

2. Market Development

o Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in existing and new marketsegments across Chennai and nearby regions. o Strengthen market penetration and increase product reach.

3. Channel Management

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. o Appoint and manage channel partners to ensure consistent sales growth.

4. Team Leadership & Development

o Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. o Set clear objectives, conduct regular reviews, and support team capability building.

5. Customer Relationship Management

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolvingcustomer issues. o Build long-term relationships with key accounts.

6. Sales Planning & Execution

o Develop and execute effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and productplacement initiatives. o Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.

7. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis

o Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics. o Share actionable market insights with management for strategic planning.
