Meet and exceed dealer-wise sales targets across territory Push SRT Kitted Solution BESS-integrated solutions for upsell and margin optimization Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners basis Channel Strategy –Conduct dealer enablement through product, behavioural & execution training, branding, CRM tools –Address whitespaces in the territory by scouting new channel partners with –Conduct regular dealer performance reviews, site visits, and joint customer meetings –Leads generated by Centralised BD & Marketing team to be shared with Channel Partner as per SLA basis response TAT for conversion –Support channel partners with lead conversion, technical selling for strategic enquiries –Oversee activation of business development & BTL activates done by dealer in respective area –Monitor Dealer Execution team for seamless delivery to end customers for retail sales –Coordinate with Jakson Execution team for seamless delivery for project Sales through channel. –Support resolution of customer issues, documentation (net metering, subsidy) –Monitor competitor activities, price benchmarks, and market shifts –Share dealer/channel trends and regional buying behaviour –Share upcoming state Government initiatives, incentives, subsidy in the product domain –Ensure timely and accurate data entry and funnel updates as per defined SLA –CRM dashboards adoption for planning, review and action tracking
