Area Sales Manager – Assets Channel

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals in the Banca Channel.
Drive business growth through effective relationship management with HDFC Bank branches.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the team.
Build strong relationships with bank staff and ensure smooth coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
2+ years of team handling experience

Banca Life Insurance

Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Graduate or above (MBA preferred).
