Role Overview

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade/Modern Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
• Manage distributor operations — ROI, stock planning, claims, secondary/tertiary sales.
• Expand numeric & weighted distribution; ensure full market coverage.
• Execute trade promotions, visibility plans, and retail activation.
• Lead and coach Sales Officers/TSEs; ensure productivity and route discipline.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and consumer trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
• Provide accurate sales reports, insights, and competitor updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA preferred
• 10 yrs -15 yrs of FMCG sales experience (GT), with team handling experience at least 3yrs-5 yrs..
