Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Madhya Pradesh
Industry: Color Cosmetics
Experience Required: 5– 6 years In Color Cosmetics
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Responsible for opening new distributors (DB) across Madhya Pradesh.
Build and manage the complete sales setup from scratch in the assigned region.
Recruit, train, and lead Sales Officers (SO) and field sales staff.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure market expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key account.
Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and brand promotion in the market.
Track competitor activities and market trends to make strategic decisions.
5– 6 years of experience in the color cosmetics or beauty products industry.
Strong network with distributors and retailers in MP.
Proven experience in team building and region sales management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
