Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their designated area, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent fieldwork to meet potential and existing clients, conducting market research, and identifying business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also need to prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the agricultural or food industry is a plus
