Area Sales Manager - Project & Retail Sales

As an Area Sales Manager - Project & Retail at Marvel Decor Ltd., you will be responsible for end-to-end field sales operations in your assigned region. Your role will involve generating project leads, managing specifier relationships, supporting channel partners, and closing high-value deals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive project sales through lead generation, bidding, and funnel management - Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors - Conduct market visits, cold calls, and pitch meetings to grow territory pipeline - Onboard and activate new channel partners; support existing ones - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of volume & value - Convert inactive partners into active contributors - Track and manage the full project lifecycle from lead to closure **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in project/channel sales in the Building Material, Furnishing, or Interior Decor industry - Strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Channel Partners - Driven, target-focused, and possess excellent communication skills - Natural networker with an eye for business opportunities - Experience in B2B sales cycles involving customized products or solutions - Graduate in any discipline - Prior experience in blinds, interiors, furnishings, or modular furniture is a big plus Marvel Decor values integrity, ownership, and ethical sales practices.
